Sankofa Village
The Sankofa Village is our blueprint for the Smart City of the Future. It is a network of physical locations that serve as hubs for innovation, living, and community governance.
Each village is designed to be self-sustaining, powered by renewable energy, and integrated with the Sankofa OS for digital citizenship, land title, and commerce.
Ecosystem Integration
- Learning Hub:Villages serve as physical campuses for in-person workshops.
- Legacy App:Village maintenance tasks are gamified as quests in the Legacy App.
- Ghana Building Hub:Materials for village construction are sourced via the Hub marketplace.
Community Housing Program
A transparent, cost-based program enabling supporters to fund sustainable units in exchange for annual use rights. Not an investment, but a community asset building initiative.

Citizens use reputation scores (Legacy App) to vote on community initiatives.
